Bridgewater Belly Dance Classes – Term 3

7-8pm THURSDAY NIGHTS at the Bridgewater Hall
(open level – aimed at beginners+/intermediate)

Keep the cold at bay with a choreography that blends belly dance and tribal moves with oriental and folkloric influences in a fusion piece that builds from an ethereal and haunting veil entrance to an engaging and dramatic climax.

New combinations and a focus on the dramatic quality that veils can add to your performance will give intermediate dancers a chance to refine their technique while still being a choreography that is suitable for less experienced dancers.

Friday Night Hafla

A good time was had by all at the Belly Dance Amethyst Hafla last night.

Thanks to Myra & everyone who helped out on the night.

And a big congratulations to the beautiful Bridgewater Babes who did a fabulous job with both of our performances last night.

Friday Night Hafla

Bellydance Amethyst is having our end of term Hafla this Friday night at the Hungarian Hall.

The Bridgewater Babes will be dancing a gypsy skirt dance and a tribal fusion piece.

Come along to see the Bridgewater Babes, Velvet Caravan and all the other lovely Amethyst dancers.

It’s not too late …

Term 2 has started but it’s not too late to join up.

I’m running two classes on Thursday nights at Bridgewater Hall.

At 7-8pm is a flamenco inspired skirt dance and at 8-9pm is a tribal fusion to Beats Antique’s Beaty Beats.

If you’ve missed the first week but you’d like to come along, why not come to both classes this week to make up the missed week and then decide which you’d rather come to for the rest of term?
