It’s time to tie on your hip scarves and shimmy of those extra kilos!
Term 1 belly dance classes start THIS THURSDAY 24th January at Bridgewater Hall.
Bellydance Fusion class for Beginners+ and Intermediates starts at 7pm and a new beginners class with a classic/caberet style choreography (suitable for new beginners and more advanced dancers) is starting at 8pm.

Bridgewater Babes veil dance
Belly Dance Amethyst is offering a special deal for beginners starting for term 1 in 2013 at the Adelaide studio and Bridgewater Hall.
So if you were thinking of trying a term of Belly Dance – or you want a great gift for someone special – we are offering a bargain deal for beginners classes through scoopon of only $39 for a ten week term.
The Bridgewater class for this deal is running at 8pm on Thursday nights starting on 24th January.

The Friday night Belly Dance Amethyst Hafla was a great night of dance and good company. Thanks to Myra for hosting another lovely evening.
There were a number of Oriental and Indian Fusion performances on the night and the Bridgwater Babes version of Chaiyya Chaiyya was no exception. Thanks ladies for performing so beautifully – it was great to dance with you – including Kathy & Heather who couldn’t make it but danced with us in spirit!
Saturday evening brought another Indian themed show with a Bollywood Birthday party for Lulu. Lulu looked gorgeous dressed up as a Bollywood princess. The girls learned a choreography to Ik Lara and did a great job of performing it for Lulu’s parents.
The new term of Thursday night belly dance classes at Bridgewater Hall are starting this week.
Be there at 7pm on the 11th of October to learn a new Indian fusion choreography.
