Bridgewater class performing to Talakik
A wonderful time was had by all at the Bellydance Amethyst Hafla last Friday night.
There was great dancing, great company and a plethora of bling to buy!
The Bridgewater Beginners (Thursday night) class had their first ever performance at the show – and I thought they were fabulous! I was so proud of every one of them! Way to go ladies!!!

It’s a big week for the Thursday night beginners group – our last class for the term is Thursday and then Friday at the Hafla is their first performance. Should be a great night and I’m sure they’ll be fabulous!
Today is the last Bollywood/Bellydance class of the term for the girls at Loreto.
It’s been a really nice term and I’ll be sorry to leave there.
Over the term the girls have learned two choreographies – one Bollywood and one belly dance. The Bollywood one was especially popular with the older girls. The younger ones really loved the veils, both learning some of the basics and playing veil games.
As part of the Active After School Communities Program, I’m teaching dance at Loreto in Term 1.
I’m looking forward to the start of the Bollywood classes there this Thursday.
